I use the Medicus Golf Swing aid during evey round of golf. I simply keep the swing aid in my bag. The Medicus Rocks! I have a Medicus 2000 and a Momentus weighted club. The two together help my golf swing tremendously.
I am an occasional golfer and the two clubs help me keep the muscle memory everytime I play. I simply plan to arrive at the golf course 15 minutes early and swing both clubs for those 15 minutes. Between the Medicus and the Momentus, it is a good warm up and I am ready to play.
